In addition to providing sewer and sewage treatment, FRWRD owns and operates a drinking water plant, distribution system and water tower in unincorporated Kane County in an area approximately as shown below:

In the area shown, FRWRD provides both water and wastewater services. Customers in this area receive water and sewer bills directly from FRWRD. Current water billing rates may be found here. FRWRD only accepts payment of bills via check or cash at this time. Payments can be mailed or delivered in person to our Administration Office at:

Combined water and sewer bill payments are due on the 12th of the month.
A Notice of Delinquency is sent when an account is past due. If there is no payment received or no response to the notice within 15 days, the account is schedule for termination and a Notice of Termination is sent. That means the water and sewer service will be shutoff on the date indicated until full payment is made. If payment is made prior to shutoff, no shutoff fees will be charged. If service is disconnected for delinquent payment, a $50 charge to have the water service restored will be assessed in addition to all delinquent charges. To have water service restored, please call 847-742-2068 and ask to speak with Kim Narvaiz to obtain full payment information or visit the Administration Office at the address noted above. When full payment of all fees is made by 1:30 pm, service can be restored the same day. Completion of payment after 1:30 pm results in service restored the next business day.
SKYLINE CONSUMER CONFIDENCE REPORT
The 2018 Skyline Consumer Confidence Report summarizes water quality data and provides general information on Skyline drinking water. This report is published each June for the previous annual year to keep customers informed on the quality of their drinking water.
