FRWRD employs approximately 50 people, working in a variety of departments to provide service to the community. Some FRWRD facilities are staffed 24 hours a day while others can be operated unstaffed at night by utilizing remote monitoring and control systems. The FRWRD Executive Director, Robert Trueblood provides overall management of all staff and reports directly to the Board of Trustees. FRWRD staff are organized into the following departments:
