ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT PERMITS
The Engineering Department's permit and inspection process confirms District's and other applicable standards are used in the construction of the infrastructure within the District. This protects the treatment plant's operations, ensuring the proper treatment of sewage before discharge into the Fox River.

The annexation and permit fees are assessed so that new growth pays its fair share of the capital costs associated with expanding the treatment plants.
